1. Purchase option and scope

For eligible products, you may make a one-time purchase or expressly select the Spar-Abo subscription. Only the subscription creates recurring deliveries and payments. The product, variant, pack size and quantity depend on your selection.

2. Delivery and billing interval

The available intervals are one, two or four weeks. Four weeks are not a calendar month. The selected interval determines the agreed recurring frequency; it does not guarantee a particular delivery day. Dispatch and fulfilment take place from Germany. Standard delivery within Germany for an individual consignment normally takes 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays); the delivery period stated before the contract is concluded applies.

3. Price and recurring charges

The stated discount of 5% applies to the configured Spar-Abo purchase options. The amounts shown for the selected variant before the subscription is concluded apply. Shipping charges clearly disclosed before conclusion apply to each delivery in addition. Standard shipping within Germany costs EUR 4.99 for a goods value below EUR 40.00 and EUR 0.00 for a goods value of EUR 40.00 or more. The applicable calculation for each subscription delivery is disclosed before conclusion; the free-shipping threshold applies only under the communicated conditions. The 5% discount applies to the goods price, not automatically to shipping charges.

By expressly taking out the subscription, you authorise the agreed recurring payments. The payment method, amount and frequency must be apparent before conclusion. These terms do not provide blanket consent to price increases that have not been agreed. Failed payments do not authorise charges beyond the contract.

4. Duration and cancellation

There is no minimum term. You may cancel the subscription at any time for future renewals; no additional minimum purchase requirement or flat cancellation fee is agreed. State your requested end date; if you do not state one, the earliest possible date applies in case of doubt. Your right to terminate for good cause remains in place. Cancellation is not merely pausing or skipping a delivery.

You may contact us with a cancellation declaration at info@sugle-germany.de. Official subscription management is available through My subscriptions in your customer account. You must log in to use it. The management actions shown depend on the relevant contract and its status. Merely requesting a return or cancellation of individual order items does not automatically end the subscription. Statutory requirements for an electronic cancellation function remain unaffected.

Once the contract has effectively ended, no further recurring charges that are no longer authorised under that subscription may be initiated. Claims that have already arisen, individual orders already generated, statutory withdrawal rights and any repayment claims must be assessed separately under the contract and applicable law.

5. Withdrawal, defective goods and business customers

For consumers, the withdrawal instructions, including the model form apply. Withdrawal and cancellation are legally distinct; an electronic withdrawal function does not replace a cancellation function. Statutory rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected. The voluntary 30-day return right also remains in place under our returns and withdrawal policy; more favourable rights that have already arisen remain unaffected. Business customers do not have the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

6. Orders already billed and payment processes in progress

Cancellation of future deliveries must be distinguished from withdrawal from or cancellation of individual orders that have already arisen. For orders already charged but not yet dispatched, we examine the relevant contractual and processing position and existing withdrawal, repayment and other statutory rights. A charge already made or internal processing does not exclude statutory rights. For goods already dispatched, the withdrawal instructions and statutory rights in respect of defective goods apply in particular. There is no blanket rule that every order already paid for is excluded from a refund.

After effective termination, no new subscription charges that are no longer authorised are initiated. Payment attempts already in progress must be attributed to the relevant period and checked for lawful billing; unauthorised charges are corrected in accordance with statutory requirements. The confirmed end date and handling of orders already created must be communicated in a traceable way.

7. Failed payments and delivery difficulties

If a payment fails, we inform you of the status and the steps required. A retry may relate only to a payment that remains validly authorised and due; it is not an additional order. Fees that have not been agreed are not charged merely because an attempt has failed. If delivery is delayed, we inform you by email and preserve your statutory rights.
