Measure your product including any additional protective material.

The default 0.5 cm per side is added twice to each dimension. Adjust it for your product; clearance does not replace cushioning.

Frequently asked questions

How is the order quantity calculated?

Your requirement is divided by the selected sales unit's pack size and rounded up to whole units. For example, 300 boxes needed at 400 pieces per unit means 1 sales unit and 100 spare boxes. Film rolls are calculated using whole cuts per roll.

Does every suggestion guarantee a fit?

For paper carrier bags and boxes, we compare internal dimensions with your measurements including clearance. Mailers currently have external dimensions only: the formats shown are a shortlist, not a fit guarantee. Closure, seams, material thickness and product shape still need checking. Gift boxes are not tested shipping cartons.

  1. Prepare your product

Measure the actual packed state. Fold textiles as they will be shipped and add the required protection to fragile items first.

  2. Measure length, width and height

Measure the largest extent in each direction in cm. Keep the height vertical for upright products. Extra clearance is controlled by the per-side setting.

  3. Compare usable internal space

Handle and closure areas are not automatically usable space. External dimensions also include seams and padding. For boxes and paper carrier bags, all three internal dimensions must accommodate the product.
